Fair warning, this is one of those obnoxious honeymoon questions. We are going SEA-LAX (AS), LAX-LIH (AA), OGG-LAX (AA), and LAX-SEA (AS). Purchased on AA.com and upgraded the AA legs with miles. Is there some way to upgrade the AS legs? MVP status doesn't do it, can't do it with miles. The only thing we've come up with is hope the $50 upgrade option is available (which it may be, this is a Wed. 1 pm flight). Any other ideas? We'd really like to start our honeymoon out right.Thanks, that's what I thought. It's one of those unfortunate things about codeshares. I wish I could just buy the tickets separately from both airlines but then no one is responsible for getting me and my bags all the way to my destination. We'll make sure to OLCI early!
It's interesting that AS makes the $50 upgrades available at OLCI - as an MVP on a codeshare, it hurts, because it means there probably isn't anything left when I get to the airport, but it's good for anyone who is willing to pay.on an AA ticketed itin..the only option is upgrading on day of departure if its available.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
